Palo - Mrs. Flossie L. Bignell, 80, a former resident died Friday evening in 
Sheridan community hospital.

Born June 10, 1894, in Ionia county, she was a member of the Palo Methodist 
church and lived most of her life in Palo following her marriage to F. Ellis 
Bignell in 1938. He preceded her in death in 1954.

Surviving is one son, Wilber Bignell of Palo, and two brothers, George Nichols 
of Flint and Wilber Nichols of Beulah.

Services will be at 1:30 pm, June 17, from Stebbins Simpson funeral home in 
Sheridan with Rev. John Burney of Palo Methodist church will officiate.

Burial in Palo cemetery.
