Ionia Sentinel Standard, 23 Aug 2005

Lieutenant Jack Bigsby passed away Sunday, July 31, 2005 at a Dallas hospital. 
He was born on May 9, 1939, and graduated from Ionia High School in 1957.  Jack
was in the U.S. Air Force and was accepted into the Apollo Space Program.  Jack
was a graduate of T.C.U., and worked as a hospital laboratory supervisor for 30
years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Claud and Edith Bigsby, one sister and
two brothers.  He is survived by his son, Brent Bigsby, Calif.; his sister Alma
Barr; brother-in-law Don Barr and extended families.

Graveside services are Saturday, August 27 at 11 a.m. at Balcom Cemetery. 
Presiding is special friend, Rev. Richard Heldrop.
