E. Faxon, of Cleveland, Ohio, Friday were conducted Sunday afternoon by Mrs. Jessie Smith-Faude at the home of Mrs. Frank Loree. The burial took place in Lyons cemetery. Mrs. Billings was born in Ottawa county but had lived the greater part of her life in this vicinity. She suffered a stroke in October and had been in failing health since. She was a member of Queen Esther chapter, O.E.S., at Lyons, and had served the chapter as an officer. At one time she was affiliated with the W. R.C. of Lyons. Besides her daughter in Cleveland, Ohio she leaves a son, Raymond Edwards of Palo and three sisters, Mrs. Frank Loree of Ionia; Mrs. Nellie Staines of Detroit, and Mrs. W. D. Sinclair of Sand Lake.
