          BETTY BISSELL, 90
   Betty Irene Bissell, 90, of Muir, passed away on Nov. 30, 2017.  She was born on
March 25 1927, in Muir, the daughter of Dewey and Bernice (Waters) Randall.  Betty 
married Lyle Bissell in 1943 in Muir.  He passed away in 1988.  Betty was a hard worker 
and started working at a young age, she worked for Chrysler and General Motors.  She 
loved to shop, people watch, going camping and fishing, car races, her cats and dogs 
and going out to dinner at Big Boy.  She also loved to watch her grandchildren play sports.
   Betty is survived by her daughter, Betty Jo (Steve) Kemp of Muir; grandchildren,
Linette (Tim) Nummer, Jill (Joe) Cantell, Hope (Brandon) Clark, Kylie Bissell, Natasha 
Bissell, Amie (Dean) Spitzley, Jessica Peabody; great grandchildren, Jacob Rowley, AJ 
Sigala, Kohl Helmes, Malori Mathis, Austin Nummer, Evan Nummer, Haile Bissell, Olivia 
Troub, Abigail Bissell, Jeri Martin, Ellie Merril, Waylon Ferris, Brandt White, Raelyn 
Spitzley, Bennet Spitzley, Quintin Spitzley; great great grandchildren, Avery Rowley; 
special friend, Cindy Bissell; many nieces and nephews; special dog, Baby Doll and cats, 
Cry Baby and Sugar.
   She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lyle; son, Bill Bissell;
brother, Kenneth Randall and sister, Geraldine Ferris.
   Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 6, at 11 a.m. at the Lake
Funeral Home in Ionia.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services.  Those wishing may 
make memorial contributions to Safe Haven or Sparrow Hospital.
