Ronald Lee Bjork, age 71, of Clarksville, passed away July 16, 2014.  He was 
born October 11, 1942 in Lake Odessa the son of Richard and Evelyn (Price) 
Bjork.    

Ron married Judy Eash on July 3, 1965 in Freeport.  He worked for General 
Motors for 26 years until retiring on July 1, 2008.  He was a MHSAA Official 
for 47 years in football, basketball, and softball.  Ron attended Ada Bible 
Church and Hope Church of the Brethren.  He loved motorcycles, restoring his 
first car, watching Nascar, going to Shipshewana, and was a Big U of M Fan.  
Ron helped everyone and was a friend to all. 

Ron is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Judy Bjork of Clarksville; 
children, Barb (Tom) Griswold of Comstock Park, Ron (Chris) Bjork of Pierson, 
and Becky (Nick) Kaechele of Alto; grandchildren, Sam Griswold, Spencer 
Griswold, Clare Bjork, and Kristine Kaechele; brother, David (Marge) Bjork of 
Clarksville; sisters, Judy (Terry) Hilley of Clarksville, Janice (Steve) Nummer 
of Ionia, Janet Lange of Ionia, and Cindy Troms of Saranac.  He was preceded in 
death by his parents.

 Funeral Services will be Monday, July 21st, 11:00 A.M. at Ada Bible Church in 
Cascade with Pastor Jim McFarland officiating. Visitation on Sunday, July 20, 
4-8 p.m. at the Lake Funeral Home in Saranac.  In lieu of flowers donations may 
be made to the Ada Bible Church, Hope Church of the Brethren, or Officials for 
Kids.
