The Ionia County Shopper’s Guide, Saturday, February 7, 2004

Connie (Jeffery) Blackard, 49 of Terrell, Texas, formerly of Ionia passed away 
February 1, 2004 due to accidental injuries.  

Survivors include her husband Miles; son Brandon and Katie Wilson of Texas; 
daughter, Nicole Blackard of Texas; mother Barbara Jeffery of Pewamo; sister, 
Brenda and Carl Schrauben of Pewamo; brother Charles and Don Jeffery of 
Vestaburg; several nieces and nephews and many friends.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 11 at Lake Funeral 
Home in Ionia with Rev. Kendall Harger officiating.  Interment in Sunset 
Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
