CELEBRATION OF LIFE 
Lavon L.(Cook) Bliesener

Lavon L.(Cook) Bliesener, age 84, passed away March 4, 2021 in Naples,Fl.

Lavon was born December 4, 1936 and grew up on the family farm in Sunfield, and 
raised her family in Lansing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gaylord and Grace Cook and grandson, 
Garick Nelson.

She is survived by her children, Kenneth, Douglas, Teri Jo and Jamie Nelson 
along with her sister, Lola Dakin and brothers, Keith and Kendall Cook. She is 
also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A Celebration of Life is being held on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021 at 1 p.m. at 
Lakeside Cemetery in Lake Odessa followed by a gathering at the Welcome Corners 
Methodist Church on M-43 Hastings.
