Rev. G. W. Moore read a scripture lesson and offered prayer. Rev. D. A. Jewell, for many years a near neighbor and intimate friend, spoke appreciatively of her. C. A. Preston paid her a high tribute for noble qualities of heart and mind, and recalled her good work in the church and the good influence she exerted socially. The music was by Mrs. E. Smith, and Mrs. H. E. Spencer, with Mr. Smith at the organ. The bearers were: B. R. Covert, H. G. Wright, N. J. Spaulding and C. G. Eyster. Mr. and Mrs. Worth T. Fleming and Miss Hattie Bliss accompanied the remains from Fairmont, West Virginia, arriving here Wednesday evening and the remains of the deceased being taken immediately to the church by Director Winchell. Adelbert, the son, is a resident of Montana, and could not attend.
