Ionia Sentinel Weekend Edition - Sat. July 20, 2013

Mable Lucile Bliss, 104, of Ionia, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2013. She 
was born on Aug. 28, 1908 in Gratiot County, Mich., the daughter of Eugene and 
Ida (Peters) Johnson.

Mable lived in the Lake Odessa area in her younger years, and she and her 
husband owned Maple Row Dairy until moving to Ionia in 1952.

She enjoyed flowers and gardening.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Frank; several brothers and sisters. 
She is survived by many nieces and nephews, and special neighbor Lindsy Cope.

The Graveside Visitation will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 
Saranac Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman Funeral Homes, Ionia.
