Lake Odessa Wave - Times - December 13, 1945
          JOHN BLISS DIED AT HIS FARM HOME
   John Bliss, 73, died at his farm home northwest of town Wednesday evening after a
six-months illness in 
bed.  He had lived all his life in that vicinity.  He leaves a son Robert in Ionia
and a son Frank and a 
granddaughter Mrs. Gilbert Noyes in Lake Odessa.  The funeral will be held at the
Beattie Funeral home in 
Clarksville, Saturday at 2.  Burial will be in Lakeside cemetery here.
