Lake Odessa Wave - Times - February 14, 1919
          BERT BLISS DIED MONDAY EVENING
   Friday evening Bert Bliss a farmer resident of Odessa township died suddenly
after eating his supper.  He 
was the son of Frank Bliss.
   A short time ago he broke his leg by falling from an apple tree which he had been
trimming and it is thought 
that he sustained internal injuries which brought about his death, as he was only 55
years of age.  He and his 
family are well known in this vicinity.  The funeral was held at the home Monday
afternoon.
