          JUDITH A BLOOD 1939-2016 
   Judith A Blood, age 77 of Ionia, passed away on April 24, 2016 in Ionia.  She was
born on April 12, 1939 in Jackson, Michigan to Leo and Margaret (Burnett) Zimmer.
   Judith was employed by Fred's Super Market for 38 years.
   She is survived by three sons, Jack Blood and (Maria Jolliff) of Florida, Mike
(Jane) Bood of Ionia, Michigan, Todd (Sandra Wood) Blood of Ionia, Michigan; two 
daughters, Michele (Craig) Dennis of Ionia, Michigan, Melissa (Curt) Hirschman of 
Portland, Michigan; brother, Mike (Priscia) Nearing of Lowell, Michigan; three 
sisters, Sandy Payne of Portland, Michigan, Nita Hughs of Virginia, Pat Amatto of
Lansing, Michigan; 19 grandchildren, Sean, Kristin, Patrick, Mackayla, Grant, Justin 
(Crystal), Zachary, Jason, Brooke, Cody, Andrew, Brandon, Brittany (Josh), Jordan 
(Andrea), Tyler, Maddi, Alex, Austin and Brenton; and three great grandchildren, 
Trinity, Liam and Kenzleigh.
   She is preceded in death by her father, Leo Zimmer; mother, Margaret Zimmer;
three brothers, Leo, Tom and David; two sisters, Barbara and Lynn Chaney; granddaughter, 
Ashley; and grandson Robert.
   Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. on Friday April 29, 2016 at SS Peter & Paul
Catholic Church in Ionia.  Father Thomas Boufford, Presiding.  Luncheon to follow at 
Ionia Moose.  Family will be accepting visitors on Thursday, for 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 
to 8 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be
