Ionia Sentinel Standard, 9 Jul 1931

The home of Mrs. Stella Bloomer, Lytle street, was filled Wednesday afternoon
for her funeral services conducted by Rev. F.J. Fitch.  The burial was in
Highland Park Cemetery.

Ms. Bloomer was a member of the Ella Hutchins circle of the Baptist Church and
this organization gathered at the home of Mrs. Ed Lowrey and went to the
services in a body.  The flowers were in charge of Mrs. Ed Lowrey and Mrs. E.W.
Krainbrink.  The Bears were John Hodgkins, Lawrence Lemmen, Herbert Cooper,
Ormison Hilborn, Ralph Smith, and Dr. R.L. Benedict.

Those from out of town to attend the services were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bloomer,
St. Johns; Mrs. George Seely, Ethel Seely, Lowell Seely, Mrs. Velva Rice, of
Camden; Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Gilbert, Mrs. John McConnell, of Blanchard.
