The Ionia Standard, Friday, July 25, 1890


The family of Edward Blossom of Berlin, is seriously afflicted, three of his 
children having already died from diphtheria.  A severe loss, as the children 
had reached the interesting and useful ages of 7, 10 and 13.  Mrs. Blossom and 
two children are yet quite ill, but are now thought to be beyond the danger 
point.



Additional Comments:
Transcriber’s Note:  There is a notation that the death record was found at 
the Ionia County Clerk’s office, Liber B, Page 61.  It was also noted Calvin 
was 13 years of age and buried in Letts Cemetery.
