The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, December 14, 1925

Hiram Blough, 50, a resident of the upper peninsula, died Sunday at the home 
of his sister, Mrs. Gilbert Hawley, at Saranac.

Mr. Blough had been in poor health for a number of years.  He had been at the 
home of Mr. and Mrs. Hawley since Thanksgiving.  A few years ago he suffered 
with influenza and had not been well since that time.

He is survived by one brother, Frank Blough, of Keene township, three sisters, 
Mrs. Vern Scott, of Keene township, Mrs. Gilbert Hawley, of Saranac, and Mrs. 
John Jenkins, who resides in upper Michigan.

The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at 10:30.  Burial will be in Easton.
