Tyler L. Blount, 76, Belding, passed away Sunday, Dec. 10, 2000, at home.  He
was born Aug. 23, 1924, in Detroit, the son of Tyler L.D. and Thelma Bowers Blount.

He is survived by four sisters, two brothers and many nieces and nephews.  He is
preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

Funeral and committal services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Johnson-Feuerstein
Funeral Home, Belding, with Pastor Ken Harger officiating.  Interment will be in
Otisco Township Cemetery.  Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.  Memorial
contributions may be made to the Alvah N. Belding Library.
