Thelma L. Blount, 77, 11400 W. Ellis Rd., Belding, died Sunday evening at
Belding Community Hospital.  Mrs. Blount was born Dec. 20, 1902, at Cheboygan. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tyler, in March 1963.

Surviving are five daughters, Margueritte Cain, Belding, Mrs. Arthur (Virginia)
Minard, Florida, Mrs. Kenneth (June) Middling, Greenville, Mrs. Gerald (Betty)
Johnson, Belding, Mrs. Vernon (Elizabeth) Short, Crystal, three sons, Tyler Jr.,
Belding, Thomas, Florida, Harry, Greenville; 18 grandchildren and 17
great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Charles M. Courser Funeral Home,
Belding, the Rev. Kenneth Martin officiating.  Interment will be in Otisco
Cemetery.  The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8:30.
