Blow, 82, of Kalkaska, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2004 in his winter town of New Port Richey, Florida. He was born on February 23, 1921 in Ionia, the son of Warren J. and Flora (May) Blow. Mr. Blow was a retired sheet metal builder for Ford Motor Company, with 47 years of service, and was a Veteran of World War II, serving in the United States Navy. He was a member of the American Legion Post in Kalkaska and a member of the Masonic Lodge #398, F & A.M. in Bellaire, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Leo and Eugene Blow; sister, Eileen Loca. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Harger, Pastor of Shiloh Community Church at 12 p.m. Wednesday at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, Cook Chapel, 220 Rich Street, Ionia. Interment will take place in the spring at Lyons Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until noon on Wednesday.
