Chester Barr. Burial was in Lyons cemetery. Bearers were Frank Townsend, Claude Townsend, Foster Lake, Leon Heusted, Robert White and Elmer Cutler. Mrs. Rolland Allen and Mrs. Melvin Burtraw provided vocal selections. Mr. Blow died Thursday evening at the of home of his sister, Mrs. Dan Stout, after a brief illness of pneumonia. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harmon Blow and born in Lyons 51 years ago. He was the fifth in the family of children and the four children who preceded him died a few weeks before he was born, all within a week of each other, of diphtheria. He has claimed Ionia County his home all of his life, although he had worked on a railroad out of Chicago and out of Detroit for short periods and had spent two winters in California. He is survived by three sons, Marion and Harmond of Ionia, and Clinton of Lapeer; a daughter, Luelen of Saginaw; three sisters, Mrs. Hazel Demorest, Grand Rapids; Mrs. Dan Stout, Muir, and Mrs. Edna Mericle, Idaho; a brother, Adelbert Blow, Orleans. Those from out of two attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Stout, Muskegon; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Demorest and Yvonne, Grand Rapids, and Mr. and Mrs. Adelbert Blow and children, Orleans.
