Ionia Sentinel Standard, 17 Aug 1968

Cleon W. Blunt, 75, of 1308 Oakwood, Belding, died at 11:30 p.m. Friday at 
United Memorial hospital in Greenville.  He was born April 13, 1893 in Alma, 
and lived in Belding since 1923.

He was married to Mamie Starkey, October 15, 1913, and is survived by her.  
Also surviving are a son Ward Blunt of Belding, two grandchildren and three 
great grandchildren.  He was a retired barber, veteran of World War I and a 
member of the Belding sportsman’s club.

Family will receive friends Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Huffman funeral 
home in Belding.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Belding library.
