Ionia Daily Standard, 1 Feb 1897

Eugene Boardman, son of John Boardman of the city, died on Saturday of
consumption, at age of 22.  Funeral tomorrow, at 8:30, at Catholic church.

[Transcriber’s note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was
buried in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.]
