The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Thursday, June 20, 1912


Leo Boardman, aged 18 years, one of Ionia’s boys, who was stricken a short time 
ago with appendicitis, died last night in St. Mary’s hospital, Grand Rapids, 
following an operation. The remains will be brought to his home on East Main 
street Saturday and the announcement of the funeral will be made tomorrow night.
