          CLARA JEAN BOGART  1928-2016
   Clara Jean (Wirtz) Bogart, age 87 of Klakaska, passed away June 2, 2016 at Almost
Home in Fenton, Michigan.  She was born Oct. 11, 1928 in Ionia the daughter of Peter of 
Clara (Kenter) Wirtz.
   Clara married Floyd Bogart in 1948, he passed away in 2004.
   Clara was a member of the Kalkaska American Legion Auxiliary.  She loved
quilting, reading and was a very creative woman. 
   Clara is survived by her six children, Linda (Robert) Friant of Illinois, Dennis
(Mary) Bogart of Clarkston, Michigan, George (Carol) Bogart of Linden, Michigan, John 
(Robin) Bogart of Indiana, Brian (Colleen) Bogart of Illinois, and Lou Ann Bogart of 
Fenton, Michigan; brother, Jack (Mary Jo) Wirtz of Ionia, Michigan; sister Jo 
Montgomery of Ionia, Michigan ; 17 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
   Clara was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Floyd and grandson Travis
Bogart.
   Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 6 at 2 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in
Ionia.  Visitation on Monday from 12 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.  
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice.  Arrangements made by Lake Funeral Home.
