                               MRS. RUBY BOGART

Mrs.Ruby Bogart, 66, of 758 East State Street, died Sunday afternoon at Belding 
Community Hospital. She had been ill for 17 years.

Mrs. Bogart was born June 11, 1900, at Morley. She attended County Normal and 
Ferris Institute and became a teacher.

She was married July 24, 1920 to Evart W.Bogart They lived in Grand Haven, 
Morley, Grand Rapids and Big Rapids before moving to Belding.

Surviving are her husband, Evart W.; five daughters,Mrs.Jack (Beatrice) Westover 
of Santa Maria, California, Mrs.Edgar (Phyllis) Murdock of Grand Haven, 
Mrs.Richard (Hazel) Smith and Mrs.Kenneth (Donna) Nelson of Belding and Mrs.Tony 
(Linda) Atkinson of Charlevoix, her parents, Mr.and Mrs.Ben Russell; two 
sisters, Mrs Anna Bean of Morley and Mrs.Lucy Ward of Lakeview; two 
brothers,Bennie Russell of Morley and Clark Russell of Lakeview; and 17 
grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday at 1 pm from the Huffman Funeral Home. Rev. 
Fredrick Smith of the Methodist church in Niles officiated.Graveside services 
were held at Highland View Cemetery in Big Rapids.
