Born on November 4, 1959 in Grand Rapids,MI, the son of Jacob Richard & Joy Elaine (Leazenby) Boger. Jim was the graduate of Lakewood High School. He was the kind of person that people listened to & trusted. He was a member of Thank God First Cowboy Church. Jim & his wife Tina loved trail riding horses & tending to their hobby farm with is beloved German Shepherd, Charlie. They spent time at the family cottage & traveling. He was always reading, learning, drawing, designing & improving himself & those around him.Attending his kids & grandkids athletic events. Jim enjoyed 21 years as Sales Manager at AIS equipment. Preceded in death by his parents, Jacob & Joy Boger. Survived by his wife of six years, Tina Boger of Nashville,MI: daughters, Amy (Derek) Byers of Roscommon, MI, Angela (Jason) Peymbroeck of Hasting's, MI., Amber (Jerem)Fry of Hasting's,MI, daughters by marriage, Kara (Matt) Muha of Sebring, FL., Ashley Mott (Grant Daggett) of Clarksville,MI, & Amanda (Josh Heemstra) Sterzick; grandchildren, Paxton, Jackson, Jace, Trenton, Natalee, Scott, Ryan, Mackenzie (Josh), Noah,Jordyn (Zach) Gage, Brayden, Brinley, Gavin, Charlotte, Luke & Macy, plus four great-grandchildren; sisters, Joette (Bob) Hudberg, Janine (Bryin)Nelson & brothers, John (Evelyn) Bger & Rich (Jolene) Boger , & many nieces & nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday March 14, 2026, at 11am-1pm., with a Celebration of Life at 1 pm at Thank God First Cowboy Church, 1585 East M-79 Highway, Hasting's MI 49058.
