Carson City Gazette, 12 Feb 1948

Miss Hattie Bolender passed away at the Detroit hospital last Thursday evening,
February 5,.  Funeral services were held at the Methodist church Sunday at 2
o’clock.  She was laid to rest in the Westside cemetery.  Out of town relatives
attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bolender and daughter, Jane of
Detroit, Mr. and Mrs. Neal Spangerberg of Lansing, Grace and Ethel Bolender of
Plainwell, Mr. and Mrs. John Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. Ludeen of Muskegon, Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Hansen of Stanton, Mr. and Mrs. Alger Locke and daughter of Lansing,
Mrs. Maude Dailey of Reed City, Mr. Fred Chick and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Chick of
Maple Rapids.
