Bolton, who recently sold his farm in Easton, dropped dead this morning, at Palmyra, Mich., where he has been visiting friends. Remains will arrive here Monday. Remains will arrive here Monday. He served in the 7th Michigan Cavalry from 1862 to close of war. He was at one time a member of Wm. H. Borden post. Ionia Sentinel - Tuesday, April 26, 1910 The funeral service for Lucius J. Bolton, held this afternoon at the home of Charles O'Neil, Prairie Creek, was attended by his old-time neighbors and friends. The service was by Rev. E. E. Branch of the Baptist church. The singing was by Mrs. E. Smith and Mrs. H. E. Spencer. The soldier element was represented by the bearers selected from Wm. H. Borden post-M. M. Currier, W. P. Normington, A. J.
