Sentinel-Standard - Wednesday, August 9, 1950

John E. Boltz, 84, died at the I. O. O. F. home in Jackson Wednesday, August 
8. 

He was a resident of Ionia and Grand Rapids since childhood. He worked for 
30 years of the Pere Marquette railroad. 

His wife died 40 years ago.

The body was brought to Ionia Wednesday. Services will be held Friday at 1 
p.m. at the Myers funeral home. Interment in Highland Park cemetery.
