The 1955-1977 directories for Ionia County list Jackie as living at home with her parents at 1880 W. Main Street in Ionia. In 1974, she is listed as a student. IN 1976, after graduation from college, Jackie accepted employment with Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo as an X-ray technician. "Advanced Cardia Health care of Kalamazoo is the first lab in Western Michigan to install a digital Echo system!" This was the news the Jackie gave when she called in November.
