SANDARA ZOE BONN 1942- 2017
March 10, 2017, Sandra Zoe Bonn, age 74, of Grand Rapids, formerly of Ionia, 
passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids.

She was born on June 17, 1942 in Ionia the daughter of Lloyd Edward and 
Katharine (Schimansky) Bonn.

Sandy attended Ionia High School and graduated with the class of 1961.

After graduation, she began working at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, 
and was employed there until her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Lloyd and Katharine Bonn; 
brothers, Lloyd Edward Jr., and Garner of Portland; sister, Jacqueline Bonn 
of Kalamazoo; brother-in-law, Daryl Jackson of Saranac, and niece. Ranae 
Kristine Young of Lake Odessa.

She is survived by sisters, Bonnie Jackson of Saranac, Marjorie (Wayne) 
Stafford of Flint; nieces, Darlene (Jerry) Young of Lake Odessa and Barb 
(Alan) Maus of Portland; nephews, Chris (Carla) Jackson of Saranac, Alan Bonn 
of Portland, Dale and Laurie Bonn of Ionia, and Gary and Melissa Bonn of 
Portland.

Cremation has taken place and to honor Sandy's wishes, there will  no 
memorial service.
