Kendra S. Borden, age 66, of Muir, passed away Nov. 21, 2015, in Carson City. 
She was born March 25, 1949, in Greenville, the daughter of Ivan and Beverly
(Townsend) VanNortwick.  Kendra married Robert Borden on June 20, 1970.  He
preceded her in death Oct. 6, 2015.

Kendra is survived by her children, James (Amy) Borden of Ionia, Laura (Chad)
Priest of Grand Rapids, and Ryan (Lisa) Borden of Howard City; step-daughters,
Diane (A.J.) Jordan of Cedar Springs and Linda (Kevin) Willison of Clarksville;
sisters, Brenda (Ron) Eskew of Lakeview and Gayla (Gary) Cornwell of Greenville;
and grandchildren, Nathan, Becca, Alec, Nick, Paul, Kayli, Alyssa and Hailey. 
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 25, at 11 a.m. at the Lake Funeral
Home in Ionia with Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating.  Visitation on Tuesday at
the funeral home form 4-7 p.m. and one hour prior to service.  Interment at
North Plains Cemetery.
