Robert P. Borden, 77, of Muir, passed away Oct. 6, 2015, in Grand Rapids.  He
was born Feb. 17, 1938, in Ionia, the son of Eugene and Dorothy (Loveless) Borden. 


Robert married Kendra Van Nortwick on June 20, 1970 in Lakeview.  He is survived
by his loving wife of 45 years; Kendra Borden of Muir; his children, Diane (AJ)
Jordan of Cedar Springs, Linda (Kevin) Willison of Clarksville, Jim (Amy) Borden
of Ionia, Laura (Chad) Priest of Grand Rapids, Ryan (Lisa) Borden of Howard
City; and grandchildren, Nathan, Becca, Alec, Nick, Paul, Kayli, Alyssa, and
Hailey.  He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Shirley and Marion;
and son-in-law, Dan.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, Oct. 12, 11 a.m. at Lake Funeral Home in
Ionia with Pastor Andy Mooren officiating.  Interment at North Plains Cemetery.
 Visitation on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to
service.
