The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, September 5, 1962
Andrew N. Borup, 86, died at a Lowell rest home Tuesday.  He was born in 
Portland, Maine February 1, 1876.

Survivors include three sons, Earl Borup of Ionia, Frank Borup of Saranac, and 
Erving Anderson of Lapeer; three brothers, Morris Anderson of Kansasville, 
Wis., Arthur Anderson of Willow Hill, Ill., and Anthony Anderson of 
Minneapolis, Minn.; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be Friday at Morris funeral at 2 o’clock.  The Rev. Eldon H. 
Cummings will officiate and interment will be at Saranac cemetery.
