Ionia Standard – Friday 1 February 1895
Ransom Bostwick, aged 81, died at the county house, Sunday night.  A son lives 
in New York state, who wishes the remains interred beside those of a second 
wife at Saranac.  If the expenses are guaranteed, Mr. Bostwick will be buried 
at Saranac.  His last place of residence was Belding.
