Bowen, 54, died July 13 at the home of his brother, Elmer Bowen, in Edmore. He was born March 7, 1894, in Keene township. Surviving him are two sons, Richard and Thomas, of Grand Rapids, and three brothers, Elmer and Howard of Saranac and Vern of Sault Ste. Marie. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Morris funeral home with burial at Saranac cemetery. The Rev. E. H. Humphrey will conduct the service. Bowen, formerly of Saranac, died at the home of his brother, Elmer, in Edmore, Tuesday, July 13, He was born March 7, 1894. Surviving are two sons, Dick and Tom of Grand Rapids; three brothers, Elmer, Edmore; Howard, Saranac, and Verne of Saulte Ste. Marie. Rev. E. H. Humphrey will officiate at the funeral which will be held from Morris Funeral Home, Friday afternoon at two o’clock.
