          LEE AN BOWEN  1952 - 2017
   Lee Ann (Millard) Bowen, age 65 of Saranac, MI, passed away with her family by
her side on May 5, 2017.  
   She was born on Feb. 3, 1952 in Ionia, MI the daughter of Merle "Ben" and Patricia
(Wymer) Millard.
   Lee Ann married Leo Bowen on Dec. 4, 1970 in Ionia, MI.  She worked at Millards
Cleaners for her folks and later at Centennial Securities where she retired from.
   Lee Ann was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.  Her family was her life,
she loved going to their sport events and activities.  Lee Ann also enjoyed tractors.
   Lee Ann is survived by her loving husband, Leo Bowen of Saranac; her children,
Becky (Brent) Edwards of Saranac, Mandy (Ron) Mutschler of Saranac, Bobbi (Doug) Thelen 
of Lowell, Ben (Becky) Bowen of Ionia, Jessica (Clayton) Dewey of Portland, Brian (Julie) 
Krajewski of Ada; grandchildren, Drake, Elissa, Tyler, Cole, Emily, Tanner, Parker, Tori, 
Kaleb and soon to be grandson, Wyatt; brother, Tom (Jani) Millard of Ionia; sister, 
Mary Cusack of Ionia.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle and Patricia.
   A celebration of life will be held Thursday, May 11 at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony's
Catholic Church in Saranac with Father Aaron Ferris celebrant.  Internment Saranac Cemetery.  
Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. with Rosary at 7:30 p.m. at Lake Funeral 
Home in Ionia.
   Those wishing may make memorial contributions to Faith Hospice or Relay for Life
of Ionia County.
