Ionia Shopper's Guide, 25 Jul 2009

Mildred M. Bowen, age 99, of Belding passed away early Sunday morning, July 12,
2009 at her home.  Mildred is survived by two daughters: Ruth and Sam Lombardo
of Saranac and Betty and Tim White of Gowen; four sons, Keith Bowen of Belding,
Leo and LeAnn Bowen of Saranac, Roger and Jill Bowen of Lowell and Ernest and
Robin Bowen of Lowell; 20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and 2
great-great grandchildren.  Mass of Christian Burial was held Wednesday, July 15
at St. Mary Catholic Church, Miriam with Fr. Fred Brucker presiding.  Interment
followed in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be made to
the Hospice of Michigan or the Belding Area Food Pantry.
