Ionia Daily Sentinel, 9 Feb 1914

Sarah E. Bowerman died Saturday at the home of Mrs. Conklin on Yeomans street. 
Mrs. Bowerman was one of the oldest in the county, her age being 89.  The
funeral was attended this afternoon.  She was the mother of Cassius and Almon
Bowerman.

[Transcriber's Note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that she was
buried in Highland Park Cemetery.]
