Funeral services for Mrs. Treecy Elsie Bowman, 72, 310 W. High street, were 
held Tuesday morning at Charles M. Courser Funeral Home.  Rev. Isaac Sayers 
officiated.  Interment was at River Ridge Cemetery.  Pallbearers were Paul 
Nichols, Raymond Peterson, Dalton Rayborn, Gaylord Dreger, Sherman Jackson and 
Richard Cowles.

Mrs. Bowman died July 9 at the Masonic Home in Alma.  She was born June 10, 
1900, in Belding, the daughter of Ira Moore and Jenny Travis.  She married 
Wilson Bowman in 1923.  He preceded her in death in 1955.

Mrs. Bowman was a member of Hugo Fales Post #203, American Legion Women’s 
Auxiliary, Order of Eastern Star Chapter #75, and United Methodist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Frank (Jane) Rahmlow of Cuyahoga Falls, 
Ohio; two brothers, Leo Moore of Placerville, California and Maurice Moore of 
Vancouver, Washington; and two grandchildren.
