Gladys Bowne, of Ionia, age 84, passed away on Monday, Dec. 22, 2008.  She was
born on Oct. 6, 1924 in Spokane, Wash. the daughter of Otis and Margaret (Hall)
Brandt.  Mrs. Bowne was an avid Michigan State University Fan.

Surviving are her 2 children, David (Holli) and Linda (Bill) grandchildren,
David, Jack and Logan and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death
by her parents and husband Clement Bowne.

There will be a memorial visitation held from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008
at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 220 Rich Street, Ionia, MI  48846.  In
lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice House of Mid
Michigan, in memory of Mrs. Gladys Bowne.
