Ionia Shopper's Guide - Sat. January 13, 2024

                   BOWNE

Marjorie A."Marge" Bowne age 90 of Ionia passed away January 10, 2024. She was 
born march 10, 1933 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts the daughter of Alfred and Helmi 
Long. Marge married Warren"Bob" Bowne July 4, 1953 in Massachusetts. He would 
proceed her in death February 14, 2005.


Marge and Bob owned and operated B & M.Sales for many years. She was a member of 
Ionia First Methodist Church. Marge loved boating on the great Lakes with her 
husband Bob.She enjoyed Dancing and Singing in the choir at Church.Marge was 
active with the CROP walk for man years and she was a Past Member of the Ionia 
Hospital Guild.

Surviving are her son Jeffrey(Connie) Bowne of Ionia. Grandchildren, Ryan 
(Susan)Bowne of Muir, Stephanie (Buzz) Bennett of Orleans, Jennifer Bowne of 
Saranac, Joe (Ashley) Struble of Ionia and Katie Struble of Ionia.Great-
grandchildren; Brittany, Jade, Addison, Brianna, Haily and Charlotte.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bob, son Brian and sister June 
Auti.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.
