The Ionia Daily Sentinel, October 17, 1918


Next Sunday evening there will be held a union meeting at the M. E. church in 
Saranac for the purpose of placing the first gold star on the Saranac service 
flag, for Frank Boyd, who died of pneumonia at Camp Custer.  Rev. Ross will 
deliver the address and there will be appropriate music.
