She came to Canada in 1852, where she lived 15 years. Came thence to Ann Arbor, Mich., where she lived until 1884, in which year she came to Ionia, where she lived continuously to the time of her death, on Monday, July 29. She was one of a family of ten children. On May 10, 1868, at Ann Arbor, she was married to the late Henry Boyle. Three children were born to this union: Henry Boyle of Michigan City, Ind.; William Boyle of Grand Rapids, Mich.; and Mrs. Edward Marshall of this city. She passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Marshall, where she was a semi- invalid for the four years preceding her death. The funeral was attended from this home on Wednesday, July 31, and was conducted by the Rev. G. W. Moore of the Church of Christ. Interment was in Highland Park. The bearers were two sons, Henry Boyle and William Boyle, son- in-law, Edward Marshall and John Bond of DeWitt.
