Boynton, 79, route three, a farmer, died unexpectedly about 10 p.m. at his home in Sebewa township. Although he had never been sick in his life, never needed a doctor, he died of a heart ailment, according to Coroner Dale Kauffman. He was born July 30, 1879, the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Boynton. He spent his entire life in Sebewa township, he was a bachelor and lived with his brother Charles. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ada White of Ionia and Mrs. Addie Pickard of Grand Rapids, and one brother, Charles. The body reposes at Pickens funeral chapel at Lake Odessa where the funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Lakeside cemetery. The Rev. A. J. Pitman will officiate.
