HUBBARDSTON – Peter Bozung, 82, for seven and a half years a resident of 
Hubbardston; died at his home early Saturday evening.  He has been in poor 
health for a long time, suffering from gangrene poisoning.  Lately he had been 
confined to his bed since being overcome with the heat.  He was born in 
Loraine County, Ohio, February 6, 1857.  He was married to Kate E. Roll, who 
preceded him in death.  Mr. Bozung worked at his trade as carpenter until 
June, 1930.  Funeral services were held from St. John the Baptist church 
Wednesday morning.
