WILLIAM "BILL" JOSEPH BRABANT
Died April 18, 2022-age 89 of Saranac
Born January 9, 1933
Married Kathleen Ethel Connelly on Nov.3, 1961, enjoyed 60 years of marriage.
They traveled the United States having fun camping, biking, walking, kayaking, 
ice skating, tennis & cross country skiing.
Bill joined the Air Force in 1955 & entered into their Air Traffic Controller 
program.
Graduated from Jacksonville Control Tower onJan.15, 1955 at the age of 18 & 
continued to serve the Air Force for another 3 years. Then served as air traffic 
controller for over 37 years.
Bill loved playing & coaching Hockey & was a devoted fan of the Detroit Red 
Wings.
Bill was a devoted Catholic. He was know for his genuine warmth and friendly 
nature, as well as his infectious smile & wicked quick sense of humor.
Preceded in death by his son William Joseph Jr. 
Survived by his wife Kathleen, children Mary (Sam) Holmes, Robert (Jamie) 
Brabant; grandchildren William, Samuel, Christian, Emily, Robert, Evan and 
Isabella.
A Celebration of Bill's life will be held at St.Mary's Great Mother of God 
Catholic Church in Lowell on Friday,May 13, 2022.
Rosary will begin at 9:45 a.m., Visitation 10:00 a.m..
Join us after Mass for a luncheon and then burial.
