The  Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, April 15, 1929
Mrs. Clara Brace, of Gary, Ind., who died Saturday night following an 
operation, will be buried in Saranac Tuesday afternoon.  Funeral services will 
be held at the Saranac Congregational church Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  
These will be in charge of Rev. R. F McFarlane.

Mrs. Brace, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Fisher of Saranac, was born in 
Berlin township April 2, 1892, and until her marriage in 1917 she had lived in 
that vicinity.  Besides her husband, she leaves two sisters, Mrs. James Topp 
of Berlin, and Mrs. Mabel Jarvis of East Chicago, and two brothers, John and 
Henry Fisher of Berlin.
