Sarah Leak Braden Passed Away Friday

Member of Sebewa Baptist Church 60 Years.  Leaves One Daughter, Mrs. Ernest
Reed.  Funeral Sunday.

Mrs. Sarah Leak Braden, 75 years, passed away Friday afternoon at her home in
Sebewa.  She was baptized and united with the Sebewa Baptist church when she was
15 years old, remaining a faithful member until death.  Her husband James Braden
preceded her in death about fourteen years ago.  One daughter Mrs. Ernest Reed
of Sebewa, two grandchildren Vern Reed of Vermontville and Mrs. Howard Knapp of
Sebewa survive.  The funeral service was held Sunday at the Sebewa Baptist
church, Rev. H.T. Adamson of Carson City officiating, assisted by Rev. Peter
Bissett, local pastor.  Burial was beside her husband in the Baptist cemetery.
