Greenville Daily News, 5 Man 1996

Charles E. Bradford, 68, 416 W. Mary St., Belding, died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 1996,
at United Memorial Hospital.  He was born Jan. 17, 1927, in Belding, the son of
Fred and Gladys Higgins Bradford.  He graduated from Belding High School, class
of 1945.  He served in the United States Army during World War II.  He retired
in 1976 from Gibson’s Refrigeration as a supervisor after 28 ½ years.

He is survived by his children, Scott and Cheryl Bradford of Columbus, Ohio,
Lance Bradford of Louisville, Ky.; and four grandchildren, Becky, Melissa, Jason
and Carrie Bradford.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home,
Belding, with Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating.  Interment will be in Easton
Cemetery.  Visitation will be today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral
home.  Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
