Doris J. Bradford-Dickson, 76, of Belding, died Tuesday morning at United 
Memorial Health Center long Term Care Unit, Greenville.  She was born April 12, 
1927, in Easton Township, the daughter of John and Emma Ganske Bradford.

Doris graduated from Belding High School with the class of 1945.  She worked at 
Gibson’s as an executive secretary for 12 years, at the Ernest and Ernst 
Certified Public Accountants in Grand Rapids for 21 years and later retired 
from the City of Belding as an administrative assistant in 1988.  Doris was a 
member of the First Congregational Church of Belding, women’s Fellowship Club 
and Kate Shannon Fellowship.  She was married on August 28, 1948 in Belding to 
Gordon K. Dickson.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon K. Dickson, in June 1987; 
parents; and twin brother, Darwin Bradford in 1989.  Doris is survived by one 
great-great grandson, Jordan K. Dickson; her sisters and brother-in-law, Donna 
and Jay Feuerstein of Belding, Linda House of Ada; one sister-in-law, Barbie 
Bradford of Belding; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and 
nephews.  

Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, 
Belding, with Rev. Dr. Dick Woodward officiating.  Interment is in Easton 
Township Cemetery.  Visitation is 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the 
funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Belding Museum, Alvah 
N. Belding Library or First Congregational Church.
